​Varitious Tasting

Combine 30+ whisky tasting experience and knowledge to complete a two-week, 26-hour classroom and 10-hour online learning program, mastering the three core skills of whisky tasting and presentation

Students will taste more than 30 whiskies, including small batch, single cask, and Vintage bottle. With the knowledge gained in the classroom, students can truly experience how making process affect the flavor and master the skills of discovering suitable whisky varieties, enhancing personal or customer tasting experience, and Presenting whisky varieties confidently .

 Master the 3-step approach to recommending whisky and immediately become a top advisor! 

For industry professionals, 3-step approach for recommending whisky will be learnt. By fulfilling these three points, you can boost sales, increase customer retention and loyalty rates.

Stepping stone into whisky industry.

Eight Scotch Whisky professionals, including distillery managers, brand ambassadors, and production operation, participate in course production and share their experience. Outstanding students will have the opportunity to gain an internship after the course, opening up opportunities for its future in the whisky industry.

Tiga Chan understands learning difficulties encountered by beginners and enthusiasts. He has visited Scotland, Japan, Taiwan and Mainland China for research and maintains good relationships with industry professionals. He is currently involved in distillery construction and is the first whisky book author in Hong Kong.
